In this workshop, the rhythm of monastic prayer at Saint Andrew’s Abbey and the practice of lectio divina will help us to see more clearly the gifts with which we have been blessed and to discern the path God places before us in the coming year

 

Presenter: LUKE DYSINGER MD, DPhil, has been a monk of Saint Andrew’s Abbey since 1980.  He studied medicine at the University of Southern California and theology at the University of Oxford.  He is a professor of moral theology and church history at Saint John’s Seminary in Camarillo, California, and has published books and articles in the fields of bioethics, early Christian spirituality, and patristics.
