The Conference Center is available for days of recollection and other one-day events for groups of 20 up to 50 people.

Cost includes hot drinks and muffins upon arrival, and reserved use of the Conference Center.

If group provides the facilitator:
$20 per person

If the Abbey provides the facilitator:
$25 per person plus $7 per person per additional session for an Abbey Facilitator.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

We require a non-refundable deposit of $250 to secure a Day Group Retreat reservation. Deposits are due four months before the retreat date reserved. In the event of a cancellation, we may credit you the deposit amount and allocate it to a future reservation.

The Guest House can accommodate groups for an overnight stay during both weekdays and weekends. Individuals can stay either in single or double occupants.

If group provides the facilitator:
Monday-Thursday (per night)
$125 per single occupant | $105 per double occupant

Friday-Saturday (per night)
 $310 per single occupant | $245 per double occupant

If the Abbey provides the facilitator:
Monday-Thursday (per night)
$135 per single occupant | $120 per double occupant

Friday-Saturday (per night)
$340 per single occupant | $270 per double occupant

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

To secure a set of dates for a group reservation, we require a deposit of $50 per room reserved for all group reservations. Deposits are due at the time the retreat is reserved. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled start of the retreat will result in a 50% refund of the deposit. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled start of the retreat, we may credit you the amount provided and allocate it to a future reservation up to one time only per calendar year.
